I was so enchanted with the little Peace Token I blogged about earlier that I went on eBay and found a similar one in a little better condition.
They aren’t exactly the same. The flags are different, and I have no idea what the little four-starred flag is meant to represent.
I suspect this one is not a period piece, but something struck later to commemorate the war. I’ll do a little research, and let you know what I find out.
